[GF-Users] Postfix TLSRPT

There is a useradd command for the tlsrpt user but it must be failing
for some reason. I'll look into it and see if I can figure out why it's
not working. I wonder if it's because the useradd is in the %pre
scriptlet and the home directory isn't created there yet?
